Follow up from https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/142768#discussion_r4391969935 Currently, each plugin that changes pod status in PreBind makes its own pods/status request. This is fine today, since the DRA plugin is the only in-tree plugin that patches pod status....
Scheduling queue: gated pod group is requeued on events its gating plugin's QueueingHint skips
### What happened? A pod group gated by a PreEnqueue plugin is taken out of `unschedulableEntities`, run through PreEnqueue again and put back on events for which the gating plugin's QueueingHint returns `QueueSkip`. PreEnqueue gates the group again, so no wrong scheduling...
