3, newest first[dagster-dbt] `@dbt_assets` fails with `'NoneType' object has no attribute 'enabled'` on dbt Fusion manifests (hook `operation` nodes have no `config`)...loads the manifest from object storage at startup. ### Additional information As a workaround, we fill `{"enabled": true}` into nodes without `config` before passing the manifest to dagster-dbt.
